Middle School
The Middle School years can appear to be a crazy time filled with new experiences, sports, friends, school, and church. So, it is during this pivotal season of life that we here at Concord seek to equip students on their journey in becoming wholehearted followers of Jesus. More specifically, we believe we have the opportunity and responsibility to encourage students to become rooted in their faith. Colossians 2:6-7 says it like this: "So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."
High School
High School students have countless activities vying for their time and attention, from friends to sports to family and even college applications. As students think through the opportunities they have and their relation to their faith in Christ, our desire is to equip students during their journey in becoming wholehearted followers of Jesus. More specifically, we believe we have the opportunity and responsibiity to help students think through what it really means to follow Jesus.
Proverbs 2:3-5 says,
"3 yes, if you call out for insight
and raise your voice for understanding,
4 if you seek it like silver
and search for it as for hidden treasures,
5 then you will understand the fear of the Lord
and find the knowledge of God."
